Who we are
We are a cooperative pre-school providing a Toddler Two program and a Tots program where children and parents learn and grow together.
FSPEC is affiliated with Bates Technical College, where our classes are held. Current parents make up our board of directors and we work closely with the child studies department at Bates to provide the best program and resources to help support your child’s first learning experiences.
